Our rights and obligations

We look forward to introduce you to a new way of making money. In order to provide the best options for everybody we require that you read this document and agree to its terms when you are registering or before it. If you apply for membership as our affiliate and we confirm your application, it is implied that you have read and agreed to this legal document by each and every point to its fullest length.

Our partners and benefits

We may in time become partners with some website which could bring you some benefits if you are their member as well. As of this writing these websites are Facebook and twitter.

• If you are our follower on either of these websites you may get some special discounts that others do not.
• If you follow us on multiple websites (for example, on both Facebook and twitter), you may get better discounts then others that are members of lesser number of our partners
• Benefits may not include only better discounts and you may not need to be notified about them, as we may want to surprise you with something new.

Privacy

We are very strict about privacy, yours and ours. You may not use any names or any other personal details that you got from our emails if someone from our departments decide to contact you and introduces him or her self to you.
All of the emails will be sent from the @rapidvpn.com domain and you should not reply nor trust any other email that comes from some other source.
If you receive any email that you believe that someone is pretending to be us, please contact us to abuse@rapidvpn.com and send as entire email that you got with all the headers (info who sent you the email, when, etc.) and we will do our best to investigate that problem.

Affiliate referrals

If you recommend us to someone that becomes our affiliate, you will be awarded with special badge that will help us know who is the person or a company that should be the first and get the most.
The benefits in this case may be different from case to case depending on what is the best deal for you that we can offer to you, or what you decide to accept if multiple options is presented. In time we may post a list about these benefits on our blog or at any other place previously mentioned.
You should recommend to your friends to post your link when they are registering as they will not lose anything with this, while you will benefit, but they might benefit as well, also in the amount and/or in the type of benefit that we see fit or are able to deliver.

Agreements before becoming an affiliate

You may use any and all of the materials supplied by us, only if they are found in the areas that were previously marked as such places where you can get various materials. A great example of this is our 'banners' menu that will become available to you when you are a part of our affiliate team.

• You are not allowed to sell or use in any manner any and all parts of our websites in order to make more money that were not presented to you for such usage.
• You may not represent yourself as part of our team and/or make people believe that they would get some special discounts if they order from you, unless we have provided you with such news.
• You may not use any malicious content on your website that would harm our reputation by harming others, nor you may use it to make any illegal activities.
• You agree that if you have any troubles regarding the payments to contact us and allow us proper time frame in order for us to verify and check what exactly happened and that we can involve any third parties to help us find the problem and its solution in the quickest possible time frame.
• You hereby confirm that you agree that we can decide which court (in which country) will handle any and all illegal activities, no matter who is prosecutor, either You or us. These countries can and will include all countries that any of our members work at, you live at, or we find most suitable by any law or article in the law.
• You agree that you will not misrepresent yourself and that we can hold you accountable for false information if we find that there is need for such action.
• You agree to follow the updates on this document and stay up to date with it no matter if you were notified about any updates or changes to it or not and while we will use the most up to date contract if any problems occur, we may in our good will decide to take into account some previous version of the agreement, although that might not be the case.
• You agree to all points of this document and confirm that you do not have any problems with them and that you will follow them to the fullest.
• You agree that you will only have one account. We can and may make any checkups, even on the address given in the registration to confirm that the information is true.
• Our system will check where you are linking from and you agree that you will not do any spam, like but not limited to: forum spamming, blog spamming, email spamming, etc. as this is grounds for immediate and ultimate suspension.
• You agree that if you use our affiliate links against the rules stated here, we may use your personal details to inform proper organizations or facilities both online and offline that would deal with you and/or clear our name.
