How to create and use WebMoney account?

1- Go to this page http://start.wmtransfer.com and fill out the form, Then click "Proceed".

2- Download "WM Keeper Classic" and install it.

3- After installation click on "WebMoney Keeper Classic" program, then select "Signup for WebMoney" and press "OK".

4- Enter your "Registration Code" that emailed you before. (IMPORTANT: Keep your registration code in a safe place)

5- Type your Password and then click "Next". (IMPORTANT: Keep your Password in a safe place)

6- In this step your account is creating. (Note: You must move your mouse randomly while your account create)

7- Your account is now created, but not activated yet. In this step you receive a WMID Please keep this number (WMID) in a safe place and click "Next"

8- Save your "Keys File Name" in your drive. In "Code to access the keys" type a security code (like number) and remember that or keep it in a safe place, then click "Next"?
VERY IMPORTANT: You should make a back up (Copy in memory flash or CD) from your keys file! It will be needed when you reinstall windows.

9- An "Activation code" will send to your email. Copy it here and click "Next".

10- You have finished your account activation. Click "Finish".

11- Create WebMoney Purse (Wallet): Start "WebMoney Keeper Classic" and login to your account. Right click on main page program and select "New".

12- Select type of Purse (WMZ- equivalent of USD) and choose a name (WMZ) then, clcik "Next".

13- Select I accept terms... then, clcik "Next".

14- You Purse created. Please remember or write your Purse number. Click "Finish".

15- You can see your WebMoney accounts. (FirstZ = WMZ = US Dollars). To send money go to "Menu>Send Money"

Notes:

1- You should enter VALID information (Name, Tel, Address,...) in registration form. If WebMoney understand that your information are incorrect they will block your account!

2- To use WebMoney (Sending money or Login to WebMoney site), Your "WebMoney Keeper Classic" program must be running on your Desktop.

3- You can open multiple account in WebMoney without any problem.

4- To use WebMoney or in other word, if you don't like to block your account by WebMoney company, you should Verify your account!

5- Buy or Sell WebMoney: You can find many E-Currency exchangers in WebMoney site: http://www.webmoney.ru/eng/cooperation/exchange/onlinexchange/index.shtml

How to Verify your account or How to receive a Personal Passport?

1- Start "WebMoney Keeper Classic" (Login to your account).

2- Go to http://passport.wmtransfer.com/asp/aProcess.asp and login to WebMoney account.

3- In "Receiving a new passport" section, Click on "Receive a Personal passport". A new page will open.

4- You are in "Agents issuing Personal Passports" page. In this page you must select one of the agency. (Note: Don't select "In Person" If you don't live in Russia, You should select agency that have "Notarized documents sent via regular mail" option)

5- After selecting your favorite agency, Click on "Receive a passport". Now you can see his/her address. Write his/her address in a safe place.

6- You should pay verification fee. To do this in "Personal passport" section select "Pay" and complete the payment. (Note: Make sure you send fund exactly to your favorite agency that selected in step 4)

7- Now you must send your documets to WebMoney company to verify your account. First, fill out this form http://passport.wmtransfer.com/include/query130.html (Copy in word and then fill out)

8- Contact to arbitrage@webmoney.ru and ask them about what type of documents you must be send.
