There are times when we forget the password that we were using for our VPN account, we forget username or simply format our PC and loose it all. There is not a problem, We have implemented a new part of our system that allows you to get your account details delivered to your email without much problems, actually without any problem at all.
How can you do it?
That is easy. All you need to do is to go to our VPN account recovery page and enter the batch number of the purchase in question add your email and hit “Send my VPN details” – voila, your account is sent to your email address.
How long does this take? Usually you should get your email within few seconds from the moment you click on “Send my VPN details”. This however can take up to 10 minutes and it is important that you check your spam folder as well as bulk folder, but do not forget to check trash folder as well.
The email was in spam/bulk/trash what next?
You should select the email and mark it as Not Spam. If you do that you will not get the email in that place later on, but will instead get it into inbox folder.
Why did it go there?
Spam is a very big problem today and there are various methods used to fight it. One of them is looking which emails you delete. With many people using their VPN details and deleting the email sent from us you are actually saying that the email is not something that you need and some email providers could take that as unwanted email.
We would suggest that you mark the email with a star, or give it an important mark and then delete it if you wish to remove it. This would tell your email provider’s anti spam system that you are removing the message, but you would need to get them every time.
The Recovery VPN page says to wait
Unfortunately, for the reason stated above this paragraph we can not allow the emails to be sent as many times as someone clicks and because of that we have placed a 1 hour pause between each email request. What this means for you is that you can click to get the VPN details once per hour.
If you try our system and you do not get the email automatically sent to you, please wait 10 minutes, check all the folders mentioned above (spam, trash and bulk folders) and if it is not in any of them, contact our sales department (please mention that you have tried our recovery system and our sales department will make sure that you get the email).
