As you know we have increased the available time of our agents on live chat support department and that the current support time is from 8am GMT+0 to 12am GMT+0 covering 16 hours.
We have tried to provide you with the same quality of support during the faze of introduction of new agents to our rows and we believe that we have been very successful in this. We will however have live chat support closed down on Saturday 27th of April in order to have a two days combined training in our offices.
After Saturday 27th of April we start again with the standard times, which means that you will be able to contact our customer support agents over chat again on Monday from 8am GMT+0 (London time).
You should note that our email support and all other departments will be working as usual and that this applies on our Customer Support over live chat.
