We wanted to let you know that we have switched to a new host yesterday.
We have checked everything and it seems that some of you are still being redirected to the old version of the website and hence are not sent the account details after the purchase.
To resolve any possible issues, we would suggest that you clear your cache:
Windows:
Click on Start -> Run -> type “cmd.exe” and press Enter key. On this new window you should type “ipconfig /flushdns”
Mac OS
Click on Utilities -> Applications -> Terminal
if you are running Mac OS 10.7 type: “sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
” and click on enter
if you are using older version of Mac OS type: “dscacheutil -flushcache
“
After you follow the steps above you will be given a notification about the DNS being flushed successfully.
What does all of this mean for you and your account details?
We are sorry to hear that you were one of those people that did not get an email after order. If you let us know on chat about that, we will do our best to provide you with the account details.
